Finally! The summer season is starting, there will be a lot of opportunities to challenge ourselves. This time I bring you a bunch of news.
At first, I had to remove support for some of the devices due to memory issues. Yes – it is my fault, I didn’t notice that some of them did not have enough free RAM memory to run the application effectively. By the occasion, I made a lot of optimization stuff, but I wasn’t able to enable the cloud sync for them. Finally, I added in-app information and then removed support for these devices, because from my perspective the sync and the online dashboard is the greatest feature of the app =). The list of removed devices: Venu Sq, Forerunner 245, Enduro, Fenix6, Fenix6 Solar, Fenix 6S Dual Power.
It is worth mentioning that not all the devices from the family of Fenix6 has been removed – the “Pro” and Music (Forerunner 245) models are still supported. Sorry for that.
I decided to keep the support for Forerunner55 with limited functionality at least for the one year. For this device the cloud sync is unavailable, but you can still track the scores and see the basic stats!
There is not only bad news. I also have a great one!
Match Stats Improvements
Lately, I released an update for the match details view. Now, you can see the stats for each set! Now you can check how your performance changed during the match.
I worked also on improving the general look of this view and, making it more friendly for the visitors =), and added the avatars for the players. I hope you’ll like it!.
